Make sure that you save @return.me as a safe sender domain! All password e-mails from ReturnMe will come from that domain. If you don't know how to do this, please visit the following ReturnMe support article:

If you have forgotten your password, please click here and then all you'll have to do is enter in the e-mail address you used to create your ReturnMe account.
This form will send you a link to reset your password to the e-mail you've used when creating your account.
Click on the website URL in the email provided to you.
If you have already tried doing this and still haven't received the password reset e-mail, please be sure to check your SPAM mail and your JUNK mail and make sure the e-mail didn't go there.
