When you login to your ReturnMe account and look at your recovery tags under “My Recovery Tags”, you can add additional information to the particular recovery tag by pressing the edit icon, which is represented by a pencil.
This will bring you to the "Details" screen, where you can add additional optional information to your recovery tag.
The easiest and simplest way to get your recovery tag to 100% is by providing all optional information. Having as much information as possible makes it easier for our recovery agents to return your items to you in case they're lost. However, please note that as long as your tag is active we'll still be able to contact you if your items are found.
Here's the breakdown of what you need to get to 100% for your recovery tag:

| Adding an optional cash reward | 10% | By adding an optional cash reward, you're increasing the chances of getting your valuables back in case you lose them. While you don't need to take this step for the ReturnMe service to work, for complete protection (and getting that 100% completion mark), do add one here! |
Getting to 100% isn't necessary and your service will work without that. However, adding as much information as possible will undoubtedly help you get your items back in case they're found!
