Whether you've activated or purchased tags, whether you are a current customer or you simply have a question for ReturnMe, then you'll want to make sure that our e-mail response gets through to you.
- To help ensure that you receive all ReturnMe e-mails, please log in to your e-mail now and follow the steps below to add ReturnMe as a safe sender. Here is how to do it, based on what e-mail account provider you use:
Microsoft Outlook 2003-2007
Please add our domain name (return.me) to your Safe Senders list. To add us to your Safe Senders list:
- On the Tools menu, click Options
- On the Preferences tab, click Junk Email
- On the Safe Senders tab, click Add
- In the Add Address field, enter return.me
- Click OK
Gmail
Please add our 'from' addresses to your Gmail contact list (info@return.me). To add us to your contact list:
- Click Contacts along the left side of any Gmail page.
- Click Add Contact
- Copy and paste our From address (info@return.me and support@return.me) into the primary e-mail address dialog box
- Click Save
Windows Live Hotmail (outlook.com)
Please add our domain name (return.me) to your Safe Senders list. To add us to your Safe Senders list:
- Open your mailbox and click Options in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on the Junk Email Protection link at the top of the page.
- Select the Safe List link which is the second from the bottom
- Enter return.me into the dialog box titled Type an address or domain
- Click Add next to the dialog box.
Yahoo!
You will need to set up a filter to redirect our e-mails to your inbox:
- Open your mailbox and click on Mail Options
- Select Filters.
- Click the Add link on the Filters page
- Update the From Header rule with the following two pieces of information: contains and @return.me
- Click the Choose Folder pull-down menu and select Inbox. Pick the Add Filter button.
