Make sure that you save @return.me as a safe sender domain! All password e-mails from ReturnMe will come from that domain. If you don't know how to do this, please visit the following ReturnMe support article:
If you have forgotten your password, please click here and then all you'll have to do is enter in the e-mail address you used to create your ReturnMe account. Your password will be reset and a temporary password will be sent to your e-mail.
If you have already tried doing this and still haven't received the new password by e-mail, please be sure to check your SPAM mail and your JUNK mail and make sure the e-mail didn't go there.
If you still haven't received the new password and you have checked your Inbox, Spam & Junk mail then please contact us right away (by clicking on the green HELP button at the bottom right) and we will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
